The member dues for 2017 are due no later than our March 2nd meeting. Dues have gone up $5 this year: $35 for AAW members, $40 for non-members, and $50 for a family membership. Please bring either cash or a check to the next meeting, or mail your payment to Roy Yarger at 22 Gresham Lane, Savannah, GA 31419.
Our monthly meeting has been postponed to Thursday, March 2 to accommodate the schedule of our featured demonstrator, Nick Agar. Nick is a widely sought after award-winning demonstrator with over 25 years of woodturning experience. Examples of his work can be seen here. As always, the member meeting will be held at 6pm at Maven Makers in Savannah, and is free and open to the public.

Crystal, an art teacher from Statesboro, GA, and a former Lowcountry Turners member, will be demonstrating pyrography, or the art of woodburning. As always, our meetings are free and open to the public.
We are very fortunate to have Peggy Schmid as our featured demonstrator at the next Lowcountry Turners member meeting on Thursday, June 30.
